While there's no application deadline, we recommend applying early to secure your spot. Our program is in high demand, and we currently have Spring and Fall 2025 waiting lists.

Yes, we are a Step Up For Students-approved provider for both PEP and UA scholarships. We also offer Quest Educational Scholarships to eligible students.

Yes, we offer tuition payment plans monthly, by semester, or for the entire year at your family's convenience. 

Yes, interviews are required for all potential students.

Organization Structure

Our school has a capacity of 120 students and is located in beautiful South Naples, on Horseshoe Drive South, next to the Naples airport.

Our average class size is about 15 students, with an educator-to-student ratio of 20:1.

We are committed to providing a safe and secure learning environment for all students, faculty, and staff. We have implemented several security measures, including surveillance systems, emergency procedures, strict campus access, and constant adult supervision and engagement.

Our curriculum and program focus on traditional, on-campus learning with live instruction. However, we understand that individual circumstances may require flexibility. We work closely with students and their families who may require virtual support. 

The Freedom Institute's school hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. We follow a traditional high school calendar and offer optional summer hours for students seeking additional academic and career support.

All students are required to have a laptop to attend The Freedom Institute. We are committed to providing a comprehensive learning environment and offer a variety of technology, such as a Microsoft 365 subscription, state-of-the-art audio and video visual systems, artificial intelligence tools, STEAM lab educational components, and more.

Our commitment to student success is evident from our experienced/certified teachers, flexible class schedules, and dedicated, individualized student mentorship, ensuring a supportive and comprehensive school environment. Our students consistently praise the quality of their education and the positive learning atmosphere.

We're committed to helping students succeed. Our collaborative approach involves working closely with families to create a personalized educational plan that aligns with their child's career goals. We prioritize open communication between the student, the Success Coach, and the family's wants and needs.

Our Success Coaches are dedicated to helping students achieve their career goals, whether entering the workforce directly or pursuing further education. We prioritize internships and apprenticeships during their time at The Freedom Institute and offer a variety of clubs and activities, including leadership development, academic pursuits, and student and family social events.

We're committed to supporting families in their child's education. Our staff can guide you whether you choose our traditional curriculum or explore other opportunities to pursue homeschool freedom. Our teachers hold various certifications, including Florida Teaching, Gifted, ESE, and ELL.

We offer honors-level math, language arts, science, and civics courses. For students seeking additional offerings like AP or IB, we work with the families to acquire those opportunities.

We follow a traditional high school calendar and offer optional summer hours for students seeking additional academic and career support.

Events

Join The Freedom Institute for a 5K for a great cause! Come out in your Freedom gear and join us for this race in Naples. The registration fee is $35 per person. If you cannot pick up your race packet on Friday, March 8th, a Freedom employee would be happy to pick it up. We hope to see you all there!
